To secure a booking a deposit of 50% is payable on making the booking. The balance of the payment is due 30 days before departure. Failure to do so could result in the cancellation of the booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

If a tour is cancelled, cancellation fees will be due and payable according to the following:
42 days : Deposit of 25%
21 – 29 days : Deposit plus 25%
14 – 20 days : Deposit plus 50%
07 – 13 days : Deposit plus 75%
Less than 7 days : 100%

AFRICA-O-AFRICA TOURS reserves the right to cancel any tour prior to departure in which event we will endeavour to make satisfactory alternative arrangements on your behalf, failing which the entire payment will be refunded without any obligation on the part of the company.

It is recommended that guest have adequate insurance to cover personal accidents, medical expenses, loss of luggage and loss of deposit through cancellation.

AFRICA-O-AFRICA TOURS, nor any person acting through or on their behalf, shall be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever in respect of person or property arising from any cause. We shall not be responsible for loss or damage caused by delays, sickness, accident, injury or death, nor for any extra expense incurred as a result thereof.
